Executive Leadership, Individual Transitions

You're at an inflection point.

Maybe you’re ready for greater impact and know something about how you lead needs to evolve.

Or you’ve reached a point where you have more freedom to choose what’s next and want that choice to genuinely be your own.

Either way, you want greater clarity about what matters most, what you want to shift and how you want to move forward.

Growth. On your terms.

Designing what’s next:

There are plenty of things you could do next. The harder question is what you genuinely want. You want to make choices that reflect who you are now, what matters most and the life you want to create.

This isn’t just about choosing the next step. It’s about designing a life that works on your terms..

Evolving how I lead:

You’ve built a successful career, and what got you here may not be exactly what serves you now. You may know what others want you to change without fully understanding what’s driving it or what to do differently.

You don’t need to become someone else.

Growth comes from understanding yourself more deeply so you can decide what to amplify, what to use more intentionally and what may need to change in service of what matters most to you.

The goal isn’t simply greater self-awareness. It’s greater choice.

Start from the inside out.

When something is ready to change, it’s tempting to focus first on what you should do differently or what you should do next. But the most meaningful answers start with a deeper understanding of you: what matters most, what’s driving you and what you want more of.

From there, you can make more intentional choices about what to carry forward, what may need to shift and what you want from here.

Greater clarity. Greater choice. Calm confidence.

  • “One of the things that I like about Linda is context. She has been a leader in complex corporate environments and when I am trying to share an experience with her she can understand the exact situation I am in. That makes her executive coaching much more relevant.”

    Jason, Chief Digitial Officer

  • "Linda’s helped me move forward with intention. I wasn’t just looking for my next job. I'm in my third chapter looking to design a life with work that matters. She helped identify, design and take action in a way that honors my values, fulfills my desired vision for my work and supports all other aspects of my life."

    — Angie

  • “Linda’s executive coaching has made me more aware of things I was doing subconsciously. She’s helped me identify and quantify my subconscious behaviors, through a process of gathering feedback from my team and other work. I’m now aware of habits and behaviors I’d never thought about. I understand where those behaviors came from and how ingrained they were.”

Meet Linda

Experience matters. So does being human.

I’ve spent years inside complex, high-growth organizations and more than two decades coaching people through meaningful growth and change.

I bring business acumen and lived experience to the work, but also intuition, curiosity, directness and humor.

I’m not a coach who only asks questions. I’ll listen deeply, tell you what I see, challenge you when it matters and believe in what’s possible for you.

Ready to move forward?

Let’s start with a conversation about where you are, what’s shifting and what you want to be different.
