For the past 12 years, I have had the privilege of executive coaching over 300 leaders, in person and virtually, from Seattle to Austin to Atyrau. All of my clients have been on a successful path and are facing a change that is challenging the way they lead. They are learners and crave direct insight and feedback with a clear plan of action.

“Linda is such a professional with incredible business acumen. She brings depth to the executive coaching experience. She has a delightful, positive personality that disarms people and gets them to engage quickly. When you have that energy, it allows clients to open up and be more vulnerable and allows Linda to get in and do the work she needs to do.”
— Susan Steinbrecher, CEO/Founder, Steinbecher & Assoc, Author, Heart-Centered Leadership

“In a fast-‐paced environment sometimes there are so many things happening at once, it’s hard for people to prioritize. My team really wanted me to help them prioritize and hold them accountable for getting those things done. They wanted more leadership and a higher level of direction. With Linda’s help, I learned how to set very specific goals for my team, effectively communicate those goals and hold my team accountable.”
